Completed in 1993, the work of a highly experienced engineer and boiler maker, a man responsible for many fine locomotives ranging from a 2 1\/2 inch gauge \"Dyak\" up to a \"Britannia\", LNER B1 and A4 in 7 1\/4 inch gauge.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e    Well made, if turned out in a somewhat sombre livery, the engine is complete with a ride in tender.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e    Steamed earlier in the week, it runs well - \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Kh5Zp671msY\" target=\"_blank\"\u003ethere's a short video of it here.\u003c\/a\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e    The original \"Lilla\" survived into preservation, based at the Ffestiniog Railway. A couple of weeks ago - in those days when you could still visit North Wales - Mrs P and I had a long weekend away at the FRs \"Vintage Weekend Lite\" event.
