It can operate in either petrol or fully electric mode we're told - very up to the minute, your own plug-in hybrid shunter.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e    \"Under the bonnet\" is a single cylinder water cooled petrol engine with centrifugal clutch, mounted behind a small cooling radiator.
