The boiler is fitted with  pressure gauge, water gauge, safety valve and steam take-off valve, there is a  substantial handpump mounted on the base board although yet to be plumbed.  Boiler is wood lagged with brass bands, there are two tanks mounted on the base  which were intended, I assume, for fuel and condensate.
