Built as one of a batch of three locomotives   by a professional machinist with many engines to his credit (including a super \u003ca href=\"\/products\/archive\/1960.htm\" target=\"_blank\"\u003e3   inch Burrell\u003c\/a\u003e I had in some years ago), it is new and unused having only been   run on air.
