Overall proportions are Greenlyesque, with chunky wheels and  valve gear. It looks to have been once a running engine – what remains  comprises frame with stretchers and buffer beams, driving and coupled wheels,  front bogie, a pair of cylinder assemblies, one complete with Baker valve gear,  there is most of a set of valve gear for t'other.
