Very finely made and beautifully detailed with working water pump, governor, Salter safety valve, displacement lubricator and cylinder drain cocks. The coal-fired multi-tube boiler is fitted with a three-cock water gauge with blowdown and washout plugs above the foundation ring on the backhead. The ashpan has front and rear dampers.
The lug holding the chimney hinge pin has a small portion missing, allowing the pin to come free in certain positions when either erecting or dismantling the chimney. The engine is otherwise in very fine condition.

In deference to the age and historical interest of this model, we have not hydraulically tested the riveted boiler. The engine runs very smoothly on a few pounds of compressed air. Should the prospective purchaser wish to run the engine at higher pressures under steam, we would be pleased to test it before shipping.

Length 16 inches
Height 18 inches
