The engine is mounted on a timber \"engine room floor\", with boiler feed pump drawing from a cistern mounted in the base.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e      I particularly like the detailing on this model, including the bolted flange pipe joints, finely turned steam valve handle and taper pinned collars retaining the motionwork.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e      The Vulcan was spotted by Mrs P as soon as it arrived, so it's currently in residence up at the house - she has a thing for old, slow-moving things.
