It's been getting a bit congested with traction engines in the workshop recently, we've filled one of the stables at home with the overflow. It was a sunny day yesterday when the boiler inspector visited, so I pushed out as many as I could until the car park was full, leaving only a couple of 4 inch engines and some smaller "table top" size engines and wagons inside. Nearly enough to have a rally all by myself.
The lineup gives an interesting size comparison - from left to right they
are, respectively, 6, 4, 4 1/2, 4, 4, 3, 3, 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 inch scale, ranging
from just under a ton to just under a hundredweight.
