A hand turned pipe organ, built by Peter Trueman of Chaddesden, Derby in 1994, builder's number 63/49.
Starting building in 1980, Trueman's organs gained a reputation for high quality pipes and action, housed in relatively plain cases.
A 21 note organ, with 20 pipes and a bell, it comes complete with eight books of music, including:
- The Savoy American Medley
- Sing-a-long favourites
- Yankee Doodle
- God be with you till we meet again
- Abide with me
- Onward Christian Soldiers
- 23rd Psalm
- Tulips from Amsterdam
In working order, although playing longer tunes needs concentration and good arm muscles if you want to keep up a constant tempo!
There's an audio clip of it here.
