A 1 1/2 inch scale Allchin to Bill Hughes' "Royal Chester" design, an older model it remains unsteamed from new.

Standard of machining is good, it turns over freely. Paintwork is reasonable, although black painted flywheel and road wheel rims don't add a great deal to the looks.
