Everything we sell is offered on 14 days’ approval from the day you receive it. If it’s not what you expected, simply tell us within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified us, please return the item to us within 14 days.
You are welcome to inspect and examine the model as you would in a shop, but it should not be altered, modified, damaged, run extensively, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess it. Returned items should be in the same condition in which they were supplied.
Once the item has been safely returned and inspected, we will refund the purchase price in full.
For cancellations during the statutory cooling-off period, we will also refund our standard outward delivery charge. Return carriage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described.
If we have made a mistake, or the model is faulty or not as described, we will of course put it right at our expense.
No ifs, no buts, no quibbling.
All models are packed carefully and shipped using an appropriate insured service.
If returning an item, please contact us before arranging shipment. We may be able to arrange insured return carriage and deduct the cost from your refund for convenience. Where return carriage is arranged by us, the customer remains responsible for ensuring the model is packed safely and appropriately for transport unless we have expressly agreed to collect and repack the item ourselves.
We recommend retaining all original packaging until the approval period has expired. Refunds will be processed once the item has been safely received and inspected.
