3 1/2 inch gauge Juliet 0-4-0T

A venerable example of LBSC's "Juliet" 0-4-0T, older sister of "Tich", the design was serialised in "Model Engineer" magazine from 1946 to 1947.

The boiler has had a twice working pressure hydraulic test with new certification issued - only note was one firebox stay which showed a minute bead of water, it will take up under steam.

Nicely made, we like the added detailing including spectacle protector bars, wood planked footplate and can handrails.

The engine runs well on air in either direction. It will require recommissioning for steaming; the lovely patinated finish needs nothing more than a wipe over with light oil after use.

Includes free UK shipping.
