3 1/2 inch gauge Rob Roy chassis with Ellis boiler

An early stage build of Martin Evans' “Rob Roy”, with a rolling chassis – currently fitted with a pair of bored gunmetal cylinders, although there is another pair of largely complete cylinder assemblies in the box. Quantity of castings and machined motionwork and a professionally-built silver-soldered copper boiler by John Elllis. Complete with a set of drawings.
