5 inch gauge "Ajax" with tender

A smartly turned out 5 inch gauge "Ajax" 0-4-0T with tender, nicely machined and with good paintwork.

Silver soldered copper boiler, 80psi working pressure, feed by axle pump with auxiliary hand pump. Twin safety valves. Cast iron cylinders with slide valves actuated by Walschaert's gear, pole reverser in the cab, mechanical lubricator.

Currently in club test, it's had a hydraulic test in the workshop here, boiler is sound. It runs somewhat asthmatically, which looks to be either a leaking valve or a piston needing repacking on one side.
