5 inch gauge Class 37 battery electric

A 5 inch gauge Class 37 battery electric, fitted with an Mtroniks 120-24 motor controller with handset driving six motors, three per bogie.

The locomotive runs forwards and backwards; it's fitted with an Mtroniks Digisound 602 soundcard with speaker which doesn't work as far as we can see (or hear, as it were) - those of an electronic bent amongst you may be able to work magic with a soldering iron and resuscitate it.

Complete with two bodies in different liveries, it requires a pair of batteries, similar to the ones fitted to the last Class 37 we sold back in 2021.
