7 1/4 inch gauge Hunslet 0-4-0ST with commercial boiler

A well-advanced 7 1/4 inch gauge Hunslet to Alan Ruston's 3 inch scale "Elidir" design.

Work to date comprises a rolling chassis complete with cylinders, motionwork, valve gear and brakes; a smokebox assembly complete with chimney base, tube and cap and a commercially-built CE-marked silver soldered copper boiler, complete with manufacturer's documentation along with the builder's club hydraulic test certificate.

Parts and castings for the design are available from Reeves, Model Engineers Laser can supply profiled parts for the cab.
