Complete bar a missing plug from the manifold, the motionwork turns over freely although doesn't run - we suspect possibly a stuck regulator valve, as there's no air getting to the cylinder.
Paintwork, in a Burrell maroon with crimson wheels, remains bright and presents well - it makes for an attractive engine.
