2 inch scale Burrell Gold Medal Showmans Tractor

A well advanced Burrell double crank compound steam tractor to the MJ Engineering design, complete with a box containing many of the parts to complete; it still requires canopy and gear guards to be made and fitted.

The engine turns over freely, it's complete with motionwork, valve gear and gearing.

The silver soldered copper boiler is beautifully made, a commercially built job by the estimable Reg Chambers.

Complete with a copy of John Haining's "Model Traction Engine Construction" which, whilst not covering this model specifically, has a great deal of useful information.
