2 inch scale Durham & North Yorkshire agricultural engine

A 2 inch scale Durham & North Yorkshire agricultural engine to the John Haining design, work to date comprises:

• Silver soldered copper boiler with club hydraulic test certificate
• Front and rear wheels, front axle
• Smokebox assembly complete with perch bracket
• Hornplates fitted to boiler
• Machined flywheel
• Machined cylinder block with guide bars
• Quantity gearing
• Part-machined eccentric straps and sheaves
• Chimney
• Assorted machined and unmachined parts including water pump casting, expansion link

Construction was serialised in "Model Engineer" magazine 1978/79 - parts, castings and drawings for the design are available from Blackgates Engineering.
