3 1/2 inch gauge Edaville #7

We sold this one last year, it's recently come back as a part exchange for the track and equipment from my old garden railway as the owner goes 7 1/4 inch gauge, with Tinkerbell size motive power. Words and pictures below are from last year - it's in pretty much the same condition now.

A nicely made example of Don Young's "Lucky 7" Forney, one of the biggest 3 1/2 inch gauge locomotives we tend to see in the workshop weighing in at well over two hundredweight. I remember Steve and I struggling to get one onto our show stand at Harrogate a few years ago, it was the last time we ever took one to an exhibition!

Silver soldered copper boiler, 80psi working pressure, feed by injector and crosshead pump with auxiliary hand pump in the bunker. Cast iron cylinders with slide valves actuated by Walschaert's gear, mechanical lubricator.

Length 60 inches
Width 15 1/2 inches
Height 22 inches
