3 1/2 inch gauge LNER 2-6-0 part-built

A particularly well-made 3 1/2 inch gauge 2-6-0, apparently LNER-inspired, although with Baker valve gear. Work to date is to a high standard - the chassis runs freely, the motionwork is crisply made and nicely detailed, right down to the gland-locking clips on the piston rods. An axle pump, lubricator and cylinder drain cocks are fitted.

The tender comprises a largely complete braked chassis and a very neatly rivetted brass tank.

The silver-soldered copper boiler is well-advanced and has been soundly put together thus far.
