3 12 inch gauge "Spencer" frames, castings & drawings

Castings, boiler material including barrel, tubes and flanged plates, and erected frames for a WW1-era narrow gauge Hunslet 4-6-0 to Robin Dyer's 3 1/2 inch "Spencer" design,.

Work to date is to a good standard. Wheels and axleboxes have been machined, a start has been made on the boiler with tubeplates and backhead drilled.

Complete with a set of drawings and copies of the original construction articles from "Model Engineer" magazine.

There are some pictures in the archive of a complete engine which we sold back in 2015.
