5 inch gauge part-built Pansy

An early stage GWR Parnnier tank chassis, to LBSC's "Pansy" design. Work to date is to a good standard - split gunmetal axleboxes, nicely-made crank axle, wheels have been quartered and pinned. There are drawings and some castings, the remainder are available from both Reeves or Blackgates.
