7 1/4 inch gauge "Feldbahn" 0-6-0T, works number 1406

We supplied this Feldbahn as a set of machined kits to a long time customer of ours in 2018. Bought simply for the pleasure of putting it together, the engine came back to us new and unsteamed in 2020. Sold later that year - and leaving aside the builder himself - it's a one-owner engine from new.

Recently arrived back along with a Stafford from the same owner, it's been fully serviced in our works. The boiler has had hydraulic and steam tests with new certification issued, the engine has been steamed for an hour on our test track, performing faultlessly.

This is only the second pre-owned Feldbahn 0-6-0 we've ever had - one of our most popular designs, owners seem to hang on to them!

Supplied with 12 months warranty, firing irons, and a starter kit of coal, oil and water treatment - exactly the same as you'd get with a new, factory-built engine.

We would be more than happy to give half a day's instruction on the steaming, running and disposal of the engine to a new owner if required.
