A well-advanced 3 1/2 inch gauge LMS 2-6-4T to Martin Evans' "Jubilee" design, the work of a retired gentleman who now, in his nineties and with a house move pending, is rationalising his projects.Work to date is to a good standard, the commercially built boiler by Western Steam and complete with original manufacturer's documentation.
