3 1/2 inch gauge GWR 2-8-0T

A 3 1/2 inch gauge Great Western 2-8-0T, built by a prolific modeller, responsible for half a dozen engines in this gauge.

Silver soldered copper boiler, 90psi working pressure, feed by crosshead pump with auxiliary hand pump. Cast iron cylinders with piston valves actuated by Stephenson's gear with pole reverser in the cab. Mechanical lubricator.

Boiler has been tested and is sound, valves need resetting.
