5 inch gauge part-built "Simplex"

An early stage 5 inch gauge "Simplex" 0-6-0T, comprising a well made rolling chassis, machined dome and chimney, along with profiled expansion links, smokebox tube and a quantity of unmachined castings including gunmetal cylinder set.

There is light surface rust on parts of the chassis which would remove easily, it's otherwise in good condition. Wheels are accurately quartered and coupling rods all accurately machined - it pushes along freely without tight spots.
