7 1/4 inch gauge Hunslet 0-4-0WT "Jack"

A 7 1/4 inch gauge Maxitrak "Jack", based on the Hunslet "Waril" class 0-4-0WT now preserved at the Armley Mills Industrial Museum in Leeds.

In good order throughout, the engine appears to have done very little work in its life. Mechanically sound, it steams freely - there's a clip of it running on the rolling road here. Paintwork is in fine condition, it polishes up very well.

Complete with a tender supplied by the manufacturer, the complete outfit has come to us from a garden railway in Norfolk, the owner having up-sized to a Stafford and Feldbahn.

Of compact proportions, the Hunslet is easy to handle and transport, a comfortable lift for two people.
