Gas-fired steam plant with 5 inch test boiler

A large steam plant comprising a 5 inch diameter gas-fired boiler, silver soldered copper construction, wood lagged complete with all fittings, coupled to three scratch-built stationary engines. The builder had the boiler hydraulic tested by his club when new, since when it has been steamed once.
