A nicely-made example of a 1 1/2 inch scale Allchin to Bill Hughes' "Royal Chester" design. An older engine which was repainted some years ago - the paintwork is in good order as the engine hasn't been steamed since. The copper boiler has had a recent twice working pressure hydraulic test with certificate. The engine runs very smoothly on compressed air.
