Finished as a display model, original intention may have been for it to be fully working - from what we can see all the motionwork, valve gear and gearing are present, the unsteamed boiler is in copper with nutted and calked firebox stays - however the pressure gauge and drain cock pipes are dummies, the gearing put together from unmatched pinions.
