It turns over freely and runs somewhat asthmatically on air - Winson were fans of O-rings on the pistons which we suspect are overdue for changing.
Boiler has original manufacturer's documentation, it's had a hydraulic test in recent days with certification issued for same.
On rubber tyres all round, one front tyre is loose and needs re-glueing to the rim.
