3 1/2 inch gauge "Mona" 0-6-0T

A venerable example of LBSC's "Mona". This one came in recently with a collection of other engines and projects - it's apparently been running in the recent past (indeed it came in with a fire still on the grate), however the regulator is stuck open. Turns over freely, needs cab reassembling.
