3 1/2 inch gauge part built "Conway"

A well-advanced chassis for a Hunslet, built to Martin Evans' "Conway" design. Work to date is utilitarian rather than attractive - there is some surface rust to the wheels where it has been stored in a damp shed. There is a flanged boiler kit complete with all plates, tubes, bushes, silver solder and flux which is largely untouched - an attempt has been made to solder the backhead into the outer wrapper, but considerably more heat was required and it will need another cook up.
