Piston valve scratchbuilt stationary engine

Well it's not actually all wood - the cylinder is in gunmetal, scavenged from some piston valve 5 inch gauge locomotive from the look of it, crank and valve rod are all steel. Base and flywheel cladding are in wood, the whole thing turns over as if a working engine.
