A Polly I in particularly nice condition – recently repainted by a talented man who takes great pains over such things.
Silver soldered copper boiler, feed by injector and axle pump. Cast iron cylinders with slide valves actuated by Stephenson's gear with pole reverser in cab. Mechanical lubricator. The engine is fitted with a substantial front derailing bar and a whistle behind the dragbeam.
