Tested boiler & parts for 1 1/2 inch scale Allchin

An early stage 1 1/2 inch scale Allchin, last worked on many years ago it has suffered from poor storage, with surface rust over much of the steel work. That said, there's a well put together silver soldered copper boiler with club hydraulic certificate, 200psi tested for 100psi working pressure, nicely made tender, front end and set of hornplates, along with various other parts and castings.
