Traction engine tender & parts

I know that these look absolutely dreadful, but there's actually some quite nice work underneath the rust, so has been deemed (just) too good to throw in the bin!

Comprises:

Hornplates
Two throw crankshaft with high spped pinion and four eccentric sheaves fitted - turns over freely
Dished flywheel 7 inch diameter
Second shaft with gears, selector fork and selector lever
Brass tender
Brake lever, nut and operation screw

The rust appears largely superficial. I think that this is a 2 inch scale engine, possibly 1 1/2 - if anybody recognises it, let me know!
