3 1/2 inch gauge BR Standard Class 4

We sold this one back in 2017, it's recently come back in part exchange for another locomotive.

Since last time it was with us there's been some nice cosmetic and detailing work to bring it closer to prototype - the tender has new steps, handrails, front platework, works plates and dummy coal load; the locomotive has been fitted with dummy washout plugs, new number and works plates.

Unsteamed since we last sold it, boiler has been tested in recent weeks and is sound, with new hydraulic certificate issued.

The engine runs on air - better in forwards than reverse - with some leakage past the valves.
