3 1/2 inch gauge "Rob Roy" 0-6-0T

A 3 1/2 inch gauge Caledonian 0-6-0T to Martin Evans' popular "Rob Roy" design, an older engine, well-built in the first place which will require light recommissioning to steam.

The chassis runs on air in both directions. The silver soldered boiler has had a twice working pressure hydraulic test with no evidence of leaks or distortion - we would warranty as sound.

The hand pump works, but the axle pump is ineffective and, along with clack and blowdown valves, requires servicing.

Complete with a copy of the construction manual and set of firing irons.

A worthwhile project - it's a well-made, nicely detailed example.
