5 inch gauge Class 37 battery electric

A 5 inch gauge Class 37 battery electric built to the Dan Jeavons design with much added detailing.

We bought this one from the builder back in 2008, it's recently come back to us from a long time customer, part of a large collection of workshop machinery, battery-electric and steam locomotives as, in retirement, he downsizes.

Fitted with a brand new set of batteries, it's in good working order, complete with sound card.

Professionally painted in two-pack when built, the paintwork remains in good condition.
