A part-built GWR 4-6-0 to Martin Evans' "Torquay Manor" design comprising a well-built though early stage chassis, a large quantity of laser and water jet cut components including all platework, connecting and coupling rods, expansion links and tender body, castings and a commercially-built silver soldered copper boiler by John Ellis.
