A very substantially made boiler for, I believe, a 5 inch gauge Southern "Schools" class 4-4-0. Although old and rather grubby from having sat around in a shed for too many years, the workmanship looks very good throughout - a couple of hours in the pickling tank would work wonders for the look of the thing! The boiler is complete except for calking of the firebox stays.
