5 inch gauge Southern Railways tram

A 5 inch gauge model of a Southern Railway tram style shunter, the work of a professional draughtsman who, in retirement, turned his hand to building a range of locomotives. The engine has been test run and is as new.

Steel chassis with MDF superstructure, drive is by a pair of Fasco 12 volt 200 wat motors driving all four wheels with Parkside controller. Chassis is configured to take a 12 volt, 35aH battery.

Complete with a nicely made fitted travelling box.
