A freelance 7 1/4 inch gauge 0-4-0 side tank locomotive with steel locomotive type boiler and gunmetal cylinders with slide valves actuated by Hackworth gear with pole reverser. Mechanical lubricator between the frames.

It arrived covered in dust and cobwebs, it looks not to have seen a fire in some years although turns over freely.
