A heavy duty belt-drive bench top mill/drill, it's come from the same workshop as the ML7 we've just listed. Formerly owned by a school metalwork/woodwork teacher, it's been kept in good condition.
Complete with:
- machine vice
- angle machine vice
- rotary table
- small angle plate
- collet chuck with set of four collets
- several tins of end mills
Table is 7 1/2 x 23 inches overall, the single phase motor is rated at 1hp.
The same basic machine has been manufactured for many years. Still widely available new, it's a substantially built machine, making extensive use of heavy iron castings in its construction - we estimate the weight at around a quarter of a ton.
