Pair Ride on Railways heavy duty braked bogies

A pair of heavy duty braked bogies by Ride on Railways - I've liked this design since they first came out and we saw them at the Alexandra Palace show. Cleverly thought out and well put together, they benefit from the many years experience RoR have in the miniature railway market.

Folded up out of 5mm steel plate with EN8 wheels running on takeup roller bearings, they weigh in at nearly half a hundredweight each. There's a full specification on RoR's website here

This pair were ordered for use under a flat bogie wagon which, from their condition, saw little use - they are in good mechanical order, one is vacuum braked, the other has a screw down mechanical brake.
