Part-built 2 inch scale Fowler DCC Showmans engine

An early stage build of a 2 inch scale Fowler DCC Showmans engine to the Plastow "Princess" design. Work to date comprises a complete front end - smokebox/chimney/perch bracket/front axle/wheels - which is nicely made, parts of a boiler which aren't, a pair of decently made rear wheels with surface rust to the spokes, machined flywheel, final drive pinion with diff gears, part machined crankshaft and various other smaller parts.

Please ignore the bags of ModelWorks parts shown in the pictures - our photographer has only had three hours sleep in the last week, they are supposed to be with the 5 inch gauge "General" listed here...
