Well made and fitted vertical twin marine engine with Stephenson's reversing gear. Construction largely in gun metal with cast iron base and steel pillars. Single-sided slipper crosshead, displacement lubricator, oiling cups to main bearings, exhaust oil separator/condenser and regulator valve. The engine turns over very smoothly and runs well in both directions.
