Vertical twin engine with marine flywheel

Don't recognize the design, but a very finely made vertical twin mounted on a plinth with a heavy generating type flywheel - it runs beautifully as you might imagine. Twin cylinder, double high with slide valves. Crank is machined from one piece, the connecting rods are steel and finely shaped.
